What is a doula? Itβs from the Greek word for women of service. A doula is a person trained in giving emotional comfort to someone who is going through a life changing period, often brought about by loss also often used during births.

I am here to inspire you to create your own beautiful masterpiece as a doula. The doula work I do is a process to work with your emotional balance during change and transitions. We will get to know each other in a free session. We will then identify your emotional scale calibration in caring, collaborative conversation. The next step is to identify where you need a doula or companion and what small action/s we can take together to start to bring balance to the chaos that often accompanies change and transitions. Finally we bring it all together in a structure you can refer to for emotional balance. I call this your masterpiece.
